The original of this picture was drawn by Charles Burki and illustrates an incident at Bandoeng in 1942. The murdered men had been found returning to camp after seeking food outside the camp boundaries. They were used for bayonet practice. Permission to reprint it from the Nieuws Magazine was given by the Stichting Japanse Ereschulden.
